A Quaker Perspective with Ben Pink Dandelion

There is a popular myth in Quaker settings of a divide between faith and activism. Are they really separate? How might Spirit fire up our commitment to social change and sustain us?

Speaking from his experience as an Anarchist and his life since as a Quaker, Ben Pink Dandelion will lay out a clear Quaker understanding of how faith feeds witness – and how witness, in turn, feeds faith. This is an urgent conversation, aimed at helping Friends reckon with the challenges of walking a Spirit-led path of justice, while finding strength and community along the way.  With time to reflect on our own experience and converse, we will explore how activism and spirituality intersect in our own lives.
